A Production Manager is needed for a plastic factory in Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production teams and factory operations
• Monitor and achieve daily and monthly production targets
• Plan and schedule production, allocate manpower and utilize machines
• Identify and resolve production issues and minimize downtime
• Ensure quality control, production efficiency, and waste reduction
• Implement HSE requirements and factory safety procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Production Manager in plastic manufacturing in KSA
• Strong knowledge of plastic production processes and operations
• Experience in managing production teams and factory operations
• Knowledge of quality control, production efficiency, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• KSA experience mandatory
