LOTO Engineer for 700MW Yanbu Wind IPP Project at SEPCOIII.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Prepare LOTO permits and isolation plans
• Conduct LOTO training and competency assessments
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams
• Perform regular LOTO audits and inspections
• Investigate near-misses and incidents related to energy isolation

Requirements

• Higher Qualifications in HSE (RQF, NEBOSH, PROQUAL)
• 3+ years experience in KSA in LOTO/energy isolation systems
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and isolation procedures
• Experience on wind turbine or power plant projects is a plus
