A Logistics Supervisor is sought for a growing operations team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise delivery drivers
• Follow up on daily driver performance
• Handle driver operational issues
• Improve driver productivity
• Coordinate with operations team
• Achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Arabic speaking
• Pakistani or Bangladeshi nationality
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations
• Experience with HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, Mrsool, Uber, or Careem
• Strong driver management and communication skills
• Currently available in Saudi Arabia
