Responsibilities

• Deliver senior-level work in commercial, corporate, and arbitration matters
• Provide advisory services in Arabic and English
• Draft legal documents in both languages
• Manage legal files and handle complex cases
• Offer expert advice on Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
• Conduct legal research and analysis

Requirements

• Master's degree in law preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia and Law from a recognized university
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a Saudi Arabian law firm
• Experience in commercial and corporate law
• Experience in arbitration
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
