International Trade Links (ITL) is hiring a Lead Testing Electrical Engineer for a major substation testing and commissioning project.
Responsibilities
- Lead testing and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with project teams
- Develop and implement testing plans
- Identify and report defects or issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in substation, power plants, water treatment, or wastewater projects
- Knowledge of protection relays, GIS, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, DCS, PLC
- Experience with loop checking and commissioning
- Gulf experience is preferred
