A Laptop Technician is needed in Jeddah to install, maintain, and repair printers, copiers, laptops, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware
• Perform preventive maintenance on printers
• Install and configure printers at customer locations
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Maintain service records and prepare technical reports
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in printer maintenance and repair
• Saudi experience preferred
• Knowledge of printer diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Experience with Canon, Epson, HP, Konica Minolta, Xerox
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Saudi driving license an advantage
