A Laborer is needed for operations coordination in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manpower operations and labor deployment
• Market manpower services and develop new client relationships
• Find new business opportunities and generate leads
• Coordinate with clients regarding labor requirements
• Manage worker attendance, transportation, and site-related issues
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Valid and transferable Iqama
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Experience in manpower supply and labor coordination
• Knowledge of manpower marketing and client acquisition
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Saudi labor market

Benefits

• Basic salary: SAR 2,200 per month
