A Lab Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of bottled water at a plant in Shaqra City.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain food safety systems
- Conduct line quality checks and laboratory analysis
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions
- Perform chemical, physical and microbiological testing
- Maintain laboratory equipment and records
- Sample and test production water
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry
- 3-5 years of experience in quality or laboratory work
- Hands-on experience in chemical, physical and microbiological water analysis
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, ISO 17025 and SFDA
- Good Arabic and English language skills
- Computer skills in Excel and LIMS/ERP
