An L1 & L2 Application Support role with a leading client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate banking product and functional support
• Process transactions and manage workflows
• Handle SADAD and Payment Gateway issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues
• Use Elastic and Service Desk tools
• Perform L1 and L2 application support activities

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in application support
• Strong background in banking domain application support
• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting
• Effective communication skills with business users and clients
• Arabic language proficiency
• Preferred Jordanian or Lebanese nationality
