Responsibilities

• Manage complete ticketing cycle
• Handle customer and agent queries
• Prepare customized travel packages
• Process visas and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and providers
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in airline ticketing or travel arrangements
• Knowledge of Travelport (Galileo) and Amadeus GDS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan
