An IT Support & Infrastructure Technician is needed for a full-time role in Dammam.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN connectivity issues
- Assist with switch and router port connectivity
- Install and maintain CCTV cameras
- Configure Biometric Attendance & Access Control terminals
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to internal staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field
- Relevant IT certifications
