Arpha Medical Complex seeks an Insurance Relations Officer for external business visits and insurance company relations.

Responsibilities

• Visit insurance companies for follow-ups on approvals and claims
• Coordinate with insurance companies on patient coverage and policy issues
• Visit corporate clients and customers on behalf of the medical complex
• Build relationships with insurance providers and potential clients
• Follow up on pending matters and prepare regular reports
• Represent the medical complex during external visits

Requirements

• Experience in medical insurance or insurance coordination
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of medical insurance procedures in Saudi Arabia
• Valid Saudi driving licence
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic language skills an advantage
