An HR Supervisor is needed for a Marketing company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and employee affairs
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulations
• Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation
• Calculate and review End-of-Service Benefits
• Manage employee contracts and attendance records
• Implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous HR experience in a supervisory role required
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and labor regulations
• Experience in payroll administration and EOSB calculations
• Experience managing employment contracts and personnel records
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
