An HR Specialist is sought by Jadah Engineering Consultancy for Saudi Arabia operations based in Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Handle employee-related processes through Saudi government platforms
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Contribute to Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives
- Coordinate with Saudi management on HR matters
Requirements
- Experience in Saudi HR Operations and Saudi Labor Law
- Knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, Nitaqat, and other Saudi government platforms
- Recent hands-on experience in Saudi HR operations within 2 years
- Understanding of general HR functions
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in construction, contracting, or real estate development sectors is preferred
