An HR Specialist is needed for a company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for outsourced staff
• Coordinate visa processing and iqama issuance/renewal
• Handle GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad transactions
• Act as point of contact for clients
• Support payroll inputs and invoicing accuracy
• Resolve employee and client issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience in manpower/outsourcing in Saudi Arabia
• Transferable iqama
• Experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office
