An HR Specialist is needed at Gulf Haulage Rig Move Oil & Gas in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Oversee activities on government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)
• Manage medical insurance enrollments and claims
• Manage employee leave requests and records
• Coordinate employee travel arrangements
• Provide administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role
• Experience with HR/Government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Arabic
