SHIFT INC is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead its Human Resources Department in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Department
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition
• Manage organizational development and job descriptions
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 8-10 years of Human Resources experience
• 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• HRIS and talent management systems proficiency
