Petrocon is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team and day-to-day HR operations
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles
- Develop effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage workforce planning and manpower requirements
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle performance management, HR policies and employee relations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Power or Energy industries is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and team-management skills
