The HR Lead is responsible for managing HR operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a retail, FMCG, or distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs
• Manage bulk recruitment drives for front-line retail roles
• Monitor Saudization quotas and government compliance
• Conduct comprehensive new-hire orientations
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances
• Design and implement local employee engagement programs

Requirements

• Saudi Nationality
• + years of HR experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution in KSA
• Fluent in English and Arabic
