About the job

The company is seeking a Head of Technology Delivery to lead technology delivery, manage client engagements, and scale engineering teams in the staff augmentation domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects
• Drive P&L, resource planning, utilization, and account profitability
• Scale the engineering team
• Conduct L2/Final technical interviews and drive hiring strategies
• Provide technical leadership across GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Java, Python, Fullstack, and Snowflake
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while ensuring delivery excellence

Requirements

• 10-12 years of technology delivery/engineering leadership experience
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and scalable architectures
• Proven track record in hiring and scaling technology teams
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects, P&L, and client engagements
