Responsibilities

• Lead the company's legal function and develop policies
• Advise executive management on commercial decisions
• Develop and strengthen the governance framework
• Provide legal support to committees
• Draft and review complex agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Proven track record in legal advisory in Saudi Arabia
• Experience in managing Board/Committee matters
• Leadership experience in managing a legal function
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• High ethical standards and negotiation skills
