A leading retail group in the Middle East seeks a Head of Leasing to lead leasing strategy and support expansion in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Identify and negotiate lease agreements for new properties
- Manage lease renewals and resolve existing lease matters
- Lead leasing strategy to optimize occupancy costs
- Oversee project teams and coordinate property activities
- Build relationships with landlords and stakeholders
- Support retail expansion by securing suitable locations
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in retail or property management
- 8+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of negotiating lease agreements in GCC
- Strong knowledge of lease law and contract review
- MBA or bachelor's degree in related field
- MRICS or relevant leasing certifications an advantage
