A leading organisation is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Analyse financial performance and profitability
• Develop financial models and scenario-based forecasts
• Provide actionable insights to executive leadership
• Establish reporting frameworks and financial controls
• Partner with business leaders on investment opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance, FP&A, or commercial finance experience
• Experience leading budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification advantageous
