Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations
• Manage menu costing
• Control food costs
• Oversee inventory management
• Develop SOPs
• Communicate effectively

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Strong kitchen leadership skills
• Hands-on cooking skills
• Menu costing and food cost control expertise
• Inventory management and SOPs knowledge
• Good English and MS Excel skills
