A HACCP & Food Safety Coordinator is needed at Pillars Investment Company.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate facility-wide HACCP plan and Food Safety Management System
• Supervise microbiological testing schedules and swabbing programs
• Manage internal food safety audit schedules
• Liaise with external testing laboratories
• Manage supplier evaluation programs
• Lead mock trace-and-recall exercises

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Science, or Microbiology
• 4-7 years of experience as HACCP Coordinator or Food Safety Specialist in food manufacturing
• Certified HACCP Lead Auditor / ISO 22000 Lead Auditor preferred
• Experience in Saudi Arabia
