QSaudi Trading Company – Aviation Division seeks a Ground Operations Training Manager.

Responsibilities

• Establish ground operations training system
• Develop and maintain Training Manual
• Oversee initial and recurrent training
• Establish competency assessment standards
• Ensure personnel meet training standards
• Maintain accurate training records

Requirements

• Extensive experience in aviation ground operations or airport operations
• Proven experience in aviation training management and competency assessment
• Good working knowledge of GACA/GACAR regulations
• Familiarity with IATA ground operations standards is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Relevant qualifications to fulfil the Training Post-holder role
