Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle air, sea, and cross-trade operations
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documents
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and customs brokers
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide real-time updates
• Negotiate competitive freight and haulage rates
• Ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or International Business
• years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping operations, or logistics coordination
• Proficiency in Freight Management Systems (FMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Working knowledge of local customs regulations and Incoterms
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages
