Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicles on GPS tracking system
- Respond to alerts: idling, speeding, driving outside hours
- Call drivers and supervisors
- Log calls and outcomes
- Prepare end-of-shift reports
- Maintain vehicle and driver data
Requirements
- Experience in fleet tracking or control room
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Good phone communication skills
- Computer skills: Excel, web dashboards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts
