• Experience programming addressable fire alarm control panels
• Zeta and Simplex panels experience required
• Configure loops, devices, zones, and network settings
• Test, troubleshoot, and handle panel faults
• Familiarity with NFPA 72 and Saudi Civil Defense requirements
• Good English communication skills
