Responsibilities

• Lead cost control operations
• Monitor food costs and inventory variances
• Manage recipe costing and menu profitability
• Oversee stocktaking and inventory reconciliation
• Analyse supplier price changes and food-cost variances
• Lead and develop the Cost Control team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CMA or SOCPA certification preferred
• 8-10 years of cost control experience
• 5 years of experience in multi-brand restaurant or F&B operations
• 3 years of team leadership experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English
