Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations
- Supervise outsourced maintenance teams
- Act as subject matter expert for critical building systems
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety standards
- Lead technical response to facility emergencies
- Review and validate maintenance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- + years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems
