An Experienced Project/Construction Manager is needed for a construction company in Jeddah, KSA. The role involves managing projects and teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Control projects and teams from mobilization to handover
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Submit progress reports to management
• Prepare/review quotations and control materials
• Ensure compliance with KSA codes and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in Project/Construction Management
• Experience working with leading construction companies
• Strong understanding of project planning and execution
• Civil, MEP, and maintenance work experience in KSA or Gulf countries
• English language proficiency
