An Expeditor is needed for a major EPC project with Saudi Aramco in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, by Gulfaar Group.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendors and manufacturers
• Monitor procurement schedules and manufacturing progress
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and QA/QC teams
• Track inspection, documentation, and shipment
• Understand technical documentation and vendor schedules
• Report on material status and delivery milestones

Requirements

• EPC project experience in procurement expediting
• Saudi Aramco project experience
• Piping and/or Equipment background
• Experience with vendor follow-up
• Monitoring procurement schedules and documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
