An EPC company in Riyadh seeks a CSA Estimator for its Preconstruction Department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs
• Prepare cost estimates
• Evaluate tenders
• Assess subcontractor quotations
• Mark up technical drawings
• Interpret construction specifications

Requirements

• Degree in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• 5+ years estimating experience in construction, energy, or EPC projects
• Strong understanding of relevant discipline's scope and construction methods
• Experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Bluebeam and AutoCAD skills required
• Professional certification an advantage
