An Estimation Engineer is sought by Manarah Al Jubail Contracting Company for HVAC and Firefighting projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs
• Estimate materials, manpower, and equipment costs
• Prepare technical and commercial bids
• Identify design gaps in tender documents
• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions
• Estimate labor costs and subcontractor rates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, and Firefighting estimation
• Knowledge of HVAC and firefighting systems
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and EPC projects
• Familiarity with Aramco/SABIC QC and HSE requirements
• Knowledge of international and Saudi Aramco fire protection standards
