Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business requirements

• Prepare process documentation and user guides

• Troubleshoot ERP issues
• Contribute to system enhancements

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory or Project Management & Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Microsoft Excel
