A Senior Cost Control Engineer is sought for a mega construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by a construction company.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control for construction projects
• Analyze cost variances and forecasts
• Prepare cost reports and budgets
• Track commitments and actual costs
• Develop and maintain cost control systems
• Collaborate with project teams

Requirements

• + years of total experience
• Strong Cost Control experience in construction projects
• Solid knowledge of Budget, Commitments, Actual Cost, Accruals, CTC, EAC & Forecasting
• Strong Cost Reporting & Variance Analysis skills
• Very good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Willing to relocate to the project location
