A Costing & Estimation Engineer is needed for a company in Riyadh for a role involving cost estimation and tendering for telecom and ICT projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Build budgets covering materials, labor, equipment, logistics and contingency
• Support margin analysis and bid/no-bid decisions
• Track actual costs against estimates
• Coordinate with Project Manager, procurement and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or related field
• years' experience in cost estimation or tendering for telecom/ICT projects
• Skilled in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and pricing
• Strong in Excel and costing tools
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications
