A Post-Tension Engineer is needed for a high-rise luxury hotel project in Medina.
Responsibilities
- Supervise post-tension slab works for high-rise towers
- Review PT shop drawings and tendon layouts
- Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams
- Monitor tendon installation and stressing operations
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards
- Resolve site technical issues and maintain PT documentation
Requirements
- Direct high-rise tower construction experience
- Strong practical post-tensioned slab systems experience
- Read and interpret structural and PT shop drawings
- Knowledge of stressing, elongation calculations, grouting, and PT quality control
- Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification
- Experience on luxury hotel towers or mega-projects is an advantage
