Responsibilities

• Manage field teams and assign daily activities
• Monitor productivity and coordinate with customers
• Troubleshoot and handle alarms
• Close site issues and manage QC closure
• Ensure site quality requirements are completed
• Coordinate with Huawei teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Electrical, or Electronics
• 5-7 years of Huawei Wireless & Microwave experience
• Strong troubleshooting and alarm-handling skills
• Team management and field coordination skills
• Good reporting and communication skills
• Valid KSA Driving License
