A Civil Maintenance Engineer is needed for a residential compound in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil maintenance team
• Maintain precast concrete buildings
• Treat expansion joints
• Inspect and receive finishing and civil works
• Perform welding and steel structure repairs
• Receive crack repairs

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in facility maintenance
• Previous experience as Civil Supervisor in residential compound or public facilities (preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
