A Cost Control Engineer is sought by a construction/infrastructure company in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project cost control systems
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Track project costs and identify variances
- Prepare regular cost reports and financial analyses
- Review and verify invoices and payment applications
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- years of experience in cost control within construction projects
- Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost forecasting
- Experience with BOQs, variations, and subcontractors
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
