A Safety Engineer/Senior Safety Officer is needed for Saudi Electricity Company's substation construction projects in Riyadh and Qassim, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and safety audits
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with contractors and project engineers
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Maintain HSE records and reports

Requirements

• 5+ years HSE experience in construction projects
• Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and HSE procedures
• Experience in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification preferred
