MEP Estimation / Costing Engineer for Ghars Al Mazen Limited Company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and quantity take-off
• Estimate costs and tendering
• Read and interpret MEP drawings
• Manage multiple tenders
• Negotiate and solve problems
• Work on project costing and budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 5+ years of experience as Estimation Engineer in MEP
• Hands-on experience in Project Site Execution
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, estimation software
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation skills
