An Estimation Engineer is required for a company in Jubail.

Responsibilities

• Calculate initial project costs and resource needs
• Measure and extract material quantities from blueprints
• Prepare itemized lists of materials and operations
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate supplier contracts
• Track project expenses and forecast costs
• Handle claims and payment certifications under standard contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• years of experience in construction, contracting, oil & gas, or industrial plant estimation
• Strong reading comprehension of engineering drawings
• Familiarity with civil materials/mechanical components
• Experience with cost-estimating databases and Excel modeling
• Experience with green field and maintenance projects
