A Facility MEP Engineer is needed for daily compound operations and maintenance in Jeddah.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of compound facilities and infrastructure
- Monitor sewage, water treatment, and mechanical systems
- Coordinate electrical, civil, and specialist maintenance
- Supervise hard and soft services
- Plan preventive maintenance and monitor work orders
- Coordinate IT-related issues with the IT team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant experience in residential compounds and facility management
- Working knowledge of STP, WTP, hard and soft services
- Strong English communication and report writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and maintenance reporting systems
- Strong supervision, planning, and problem-solving skills
Benefits
- Basic Salary: SAR 6,000 per month
- Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month
