Responsibilities

• Review client contract documents to identify risks
• Negotiate mutually acceptable terms with clients
• Prepare contractual correspondence and manage records
• Coordinate with site teams on claims and notices
• Work with project teams to prepare cost and time claims
• Provide comprehensive contractual support and reporting

Requirements

• years of experience in contract management
• Degree in engineering, law, or quantity surveying
• Expertise in dispute resolution
• Familiarity with KSA legal codes
