A Proposals/Bid Engineer is sought by a company in Dammam for Oil & Gas projects.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents to understand client requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Develop proposal compliance matrices and execution methodologies
- Coordinate with Engineering and other disciplines for proposal inputs
- Prepare man-hour estimates and commercial pricing
- Ensure proposals comply with client specifications and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- years of proposal/bidding experience in Oil & Gas Engineering
- Experience in technical and commercial bid preparation
- Good understanding of EPC project execution
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
