A Service Coordinator/Service Engineer is needed in Dammam for an industrial company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment inspections
• Prepare technical inspection reports
• Prepare and submit repair quotations
• Follow up with customers for approvals
• Track repair progress and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of service documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of experience in service or repair coordination
• Knowledge of equipment repair processes and spare parts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• ERP experience is a plus
