An Estimation Engineer is sought by a Saudi Arabian construction company for tendering and estimation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications
• Review tender documents and technical specifications
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Develop comprehensive Technical and Commercial Proposals
• Coordinate with teams to obtain pricing and technical information
• Analyze project risks, costs, and commercial requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in estimation and tendering in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian tendering procedures and industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Valid Saudi Driving License (preferred)
